Bylaws of Sovereign Earth Woman, Inc.

Article I: Offices

Section 1. The principal office of the corporation shall be located in Texas.

Section 2. The corporation may have such other offices as the Board of Directors may determine.

Article II: Members

Section 1. The corporation shall have members who support its mission.

Section 2. Membership categories:

Sisters: General members of the community

ONEs (Our Noble Elders): Senior members who serve as wisdom keepers

Sanctuary Residents: Women residing in SEW sanctuaries

Supporting Members: Donors and volunteers

Article III: Board of Directors

Section 1. The Board shall consist of no fewer than three (3) and no more than fifteen (15) directors.

Section 2. Directors shall serve three-year terms and may be re-elected.

Section 3. The Board shall meet at least quarterly.

Section 4. A majority of directors shall constitute a quorum.

Article IV: Officers

Section 1. Officers shall include:

President (Matriarch)

Vice President

Secretary

Treasurer

Section 2. Officers shall be elected by the Board annually.

Article V: Committees

Section 1. Standing committees may include:

Sanctuary Committee

Outreach Committee

Finance Committee

Healing Arts Committee

Section 2. The Board may create additional committees as needed.

Article VI: Finances

Section 1. The fiscal year shall be January 1 to December 31.

Section 2. All funds shall be used exclusively for the corporation's charitable purposes.

Section 3. The Treasurer shall provide regular financial reports to the Board.

Article VII: Amendments

These Bylaws may be amended by a two-thirds vote of the Board of Directors at any regular or special meeting.
