Sovereign Earth Woman ("SEW," "we," "us," or "our") is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to women's sovereignty, healing trauma, ending exploitation, and supporting trafficking survivors. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Our Mission

SEW operates as a sacred space built on three pillars: Earth Connection 🌱, Personal Sovereignty 💪, and Sisterhood 👭. Our platform serves as a beacon for women seeking healing, community, and empowerment. All activities on this platform support our nonprofit mission.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using SEW, you represent that you are of legal age and have the capacity to enter into these terms. We reserve the right to verify your identity and age.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Community Guidelines

As a member of our sacred community, you agree to:

• Treat all members with respect, compassion, and dignity
• Maintain confidentiality of other members' personal stories and information
• Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or harmful behavior
• Not share content that is illegal, abusive, or exploitative
• Support the healing journey of survivors with sensitivity
• Honor the sacred nature of this space

5. Donations and Contributions

SEW is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations made through our platform may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. 100% of donations support our mission: helping survivors, acquiring sanctuary land, and supporting ONEs (Our Noble Elders) as beacons of light.

By making a donation, you acknowledge that:

• Donations are voluntary and non-refundable
• You will receive a receipt for tax purposes
• Funds will be used in accordance with our nonprofit mission

6. SEW Tokens

SEW Tokens are digital credits used within our platform to support AI companion features and community services. Tokens are not cryptocurrency and have no cash value outside our platform. Token purchases support our nonprofit operations.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create on SEW. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and use your content in connection with our services and mission. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

8. Privacy and Safety

Your privacy and safety are paramount. We implement security measures to protect your information. However, no system is completely secure. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Intellectual Property

The SEW name, logo, and all original content on our platform are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks or copyrighted materials without prior written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to maintain a safe and supportive environment, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that our platform will meet all your expectations.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEW and its officers, directors, employees, and volunteers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
